How do I book a ride?
To book, call (617) 331-1222 or fill out the Get a Quote form. We confirm your reservation by phone or email within one business day.

Do you serve outside Greater Boston?
Yes. We serve destinations across Massachusetts. Out-of-state trips are available on a case-by-case basis. Call to confirm route and pricing.

Are your drivers vetted?
Yes. Drivers are screened before assignment and complete professional training. They receive periodic safety training.

Do you have wheelchair-accessible vans?
Yes. Our ADA fleet includes vans with hydraulic lifts. Staff assist passengers with boarding and wheelchair securement.

Can I schedule a recurring route?
Yes. We offer recurring service for school routes, senior appointments, corporate transport, and other regular trips.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are confirmed when you book. Call (617) 331-1222 if your plans change. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
