What BST Runs on a Wedding Day
Wedding guest transportation from the hotel to the ceremony, on to the reception, and back at the end of the night when the return is part of the plan. Wedding party trips, prep location to ceremony to photo stop, can be booked into the same day plan. The plan covers the runs you book, and between runs the vans wait with your group instead of leaving for other work.
Vans fit venues that buses cannot reach: narrow streets, historic districts, tight driveways. Where a van cannot pull up to the door, the drop point and the short walk are planned in advance, not discovered on the day. How the Day Plan Is Built
You send the date, the guest count, the venues, and the times. We check the route against real traffic for that day and hour, work backward from the ceremony start, and set the van count for your group. Vans are in position at the first pickup before boarding opens, so the ceremony time holds.
You get a written schedule with pickup times, stops, and vehicle assignments, plus one all-inclusive quote for the day. You approve the schedule before the wedding.
One Contact on the Day
You name a day-of contact, a planner or a family member, and we work with that person all day. Drivers follow the written schedule; if the timeline moves, one conversation updates every van. You are not managing vans on your wedding day.
Accessible Transport for Guests
Wheelchair-accessible vans with lifts run in the same fleet. Elderly guests and guests who use wheelchairs ride with everyone else, on the same schedule, not on a separate booking. Note the need in the quote request and we assign a lift-equipped van to your day plan.

Is there a return trip after the reception?
Yes, when it is booked into the plan. The vans that brought your guests are still with the group, so the return run is planned in the schedule, not improvised at the end of the night.
