Events Outside Weddings and Corporate Work
Weddings and corporate events have their own pages: wedding transportation and corporate event transportation. This page covers everything else: group transportation for events that are not a wedding and not a company function. We do not keep a list of qualifying occasions, because the occasion does not change the work. If a group needs to move between set stops at set times, we can plan it and quote it.

One Model for Every Event
You send the date, the headcount, the stops, and the times. We check the route and timing, set the van count for your group, and assign vehicles, from minivans to full-size passenger vans. The vans and drivers stay with your group for the whole booked block: the group moves together from stop to stop, and between runs the drivers wait with the vehicles instead of leaving for other work.
Vans are staged at the first pickup ahead of the departure time, so the schedule holds from the first run. Vans also reach venues buses cannot: narrow streets, historic districts, tight driveways. Where a van cannot pull up to the door, we set the drop point and the short walk when we build the route, before the day.
One Plan, One Quote
Charter pricing does not depend on the event type. We price the day and the group: the route, the hours, and the van count. You get one written day plan with pickup times, stops, and vehicle assignments, and one all-inclusive total. No service fees or surcharges; tolls, fuel, parking, and staging are covered. There are no per-route price lines and no per-guest math.
Multi-van events run on one schedule. You name one contact for the day; changes come to us once and reach every van, not each driver separately.
Accessible Transport for Your Group
Wheelchair-accessible vans with lifts run in the same fleet and are assigned at booking. A guest who uses a wheelchair rides with the group on the same schedule, not on a separate booking. Note the need in the quote request and we build it into the vehicle assignment.

Do you run transportation for my kind of event?

How is the price set if you do not price by occasion?
On the day and the group: the route, the hours, and the van count. Two different occasions with the same route, hours, and headcount get the same quote. The total is all-inclusive; tolls, fuel, parking, and staging are in it.

Do the vans leave between runs?
No. The vans and drivers assigned to your event stay with your group for the whole booked block and wait at planned points between runs. The return trip, when booked, runs in the same plan, not as a separate pickup.

Can one booking cover several stops across the day?
Yes. Every stop you name goes into one written day plan with set times, and the same vans and drivers run the whole plan. Mid-day moves are part of the block, not separate bookings.

Can a guest in a wheelchair ride with the group?
Yes. The fleet includes wheelchair-accessible vans with lifts, assigned when we build the vehicle list. The guest rides on the same plan as everyone else; note the need in the quote request.
